Here is what you need to know. All information may also be found in the EBTC by-laws:
When are my Membership dues to be paid?
  • Dues are payable by the first day of March each year.
  • No member may vote whose dues are not paid for the current year.
  • During the month of January, the Treasurer shall send to each member a statement of his dues for the ensuing year.
  • A membership will be considered as lapsed and automatically terminated if such member’s dues remain unpaid 60 days after the first day of the fiscal year, however, the Board may grant an additional 30 days of grace to such delinquent members in meritorious cases.

What is the amount of my Membership dues?

Depending on the Membership type, the dues are as follows:

  • Single, voting is $10.00
  • Single, supporting is $7.50
  • Household, voting is $15.00
  • Household, supporting is $12.50
  • Junior is $5.00

Voting Members shall consist of persons 18 years of age and older and shall be entitled to every privilege and to participate in all benefits of the Club.  A household membership shall consist of no more than 2 votes.

Supporting Members shall consist of persons 18 years of age and older.  They shall be entitled to all privileges of a Voting Member, except that they may not hold office or vote.

Junior Members shall consist of persons less than 18 years of age.  They shall be entitled to all the privileges of a Voting Member, except that they may not hold office or vote.

 

Who should I send my Membership dues to?

  • The club Treasurer, or
  • You are welcome to bring them to any club meeting.
